How Long Will It Take Until I Receive My Order?

All  artwork are made to order. Please allow 3 weeks from order/payment date.

Do You Rush Orders?

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact me so we can make arrangements to make sure you get your package by a specified date. Additional fees may apply.

What Is Your Return Policy?

All prints and products by Rachelle Cunningham are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All prints and products by Rachelle Cunningham purchased through 3rd party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. 

Do You Offer Framing?

Not for the moment! 

Will My Print Be Signed And/Or Editioned?

All prints ordered from our site will include a Certificate of Authenticity that will be signed and numbered by Rachelle Cunningham, the artist.

What If My Order Is Lost?

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report it to the carrier before reaching out to contact@rachellecunningham.com - BUT do remain patient as post can sometimes have delays. 

This Is A Gift! Do You Include The Price Within The Package?

We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note within your order, please email your order number and message to contact@rachellecunningham.com

Is My Transaction Secure?

We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information collected is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 128-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Yes for Personalised Painting - Painting - NOT for Prints.

Returns/Exchanges

All prints and products by Rachelle Cunningham are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All prints and products by Rachelle Cunningham purchased through 3rd party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. 

Damages/Incorrect Order

Any damaged or incorrect prints or products by Rachelle Cunningham, purchased on our site, are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints/products to be returned to her studio for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within the same day of receiving item. After 3 days, we will no longer replace an item.
